What are the starting prices?

How do I place an order/request a quote?
Check for In Stock guitars HERE or generate a Custom Quote HERE. Nick also made a detailed tutorial which you can check out HERE!
What is the deposit for a custom order and how do I pay?
A 50% deposit gets your guitar in to the production queue. Once all the specs are confirmed we'll follow up with a PayPal invoice which you can pay online. We can also accept E-Transfers from Canadian customers. The final payment of the balance is due upon completion of the guitar and must be recieved before the guitar is released for shipment or pick up.
How long does it take to get my guitar once I place my order?
The estmated build time is 3 months.
Do you have artist pricing?

Customizing your guitar
Can I request custom pickups/knobs/tuners?
Absolutely! If they fit our guitar measurements, we can order them for you.
Can I supply my own parts or wood?
The short answer is…sometimes! Let us know what you have and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
Do you have any off-menu options?
If you have any specific requests for your custom order or you’ve seen something we’ve done in the past that isn’t listed on our Custom Quote Builder, please reach out and we would be happy to discuss it!
How customizable can I get with an order?

Do you have renderings of what my guitar could look like?
We do not. We do however provide as many detailed photosr that relate to your specs as possible.
Do you make left-handed guitars?
Yes! We offer most of our models in a left-handed configuration. Just make a note in your custom form submission, email us, or call.
In-Stock Guitars
What does “Brothers Choice” mean?
These are our In-Stock guitars! They are combinations of specs (colour, wood, hardware, pickups, etc.) that have been configured by one of the Brothers, or sometimes as a collaboration of the team. We’ll also occasionally include instant classics that have been dreamed up by artists and customers!

Not sure what specs you want, or don’t want to go through the full custom ordering process? Or maybe one of the Brothers Choice guitars already suits your needs and style? Brothers Choice guitars represent some of our favourite and most popular combinations of woods, colour, materials, hardware, and pickups. It’s a simple, fast, and guaranteed way to get an amazing custom Frank Brothers Guitar!
Shipping
Shipping to the USA: Do I need to pay duties or tax when my guitar arrives?
Import Duties
The short answer is NO. We submit a CUSMA Certificate of Origin with every shipment to the USA. This will grant you an exemption from import duties and tariffs—brokerage fees may still apply but are typically around $30. If you see a request for payment of Duties or Government Charges, please let me know and I will submit a dispute to have them removed.
*Some States do require you to self report your import and pay a “Use Tax” which is the equivalent to your State Sales Tax. You are responsible for reporting your purchase and/or paying for any use taxes that your state enforces. Frank Brothers will not compensate you for any taxes owed on your purchase.
Do you ship guitars outside of North America
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please contact us for any questions regarding shipping to your location.
The pricing listed on this website does not include your countries taxes, VAT, or applicable duties. If you have any questions about the cost to import a guitar, please reach out to us.
